About Me

As a Trainer for over 15 years, I have enjoyed coaching a really diverse list of clients from all walks of life. At some of the most prestigious gyms in the UK I enjoyed mentorship from industry leading coaches as well as the opportunity to help a unique demographic of clientele. I have enjoyed coaching models tone up for the runway and actors bulk up for roles on the big screen but equally enjoyed coaching CEOs, stay at home parents and everyone in between. I’ve made lifelong friends and discovered a career I never imagined I would enter.

I have since gained a master’s degree in osteopathy and have a passion for performance and health coaching, as well as pain management through exercise and manual therapy.

During the winter, you’ll often find me on the slopes as an avid skier, and I also play basketball for a local league team in Surrey. The true highlight of my year is always Glastonbury Festival.

About Xander Evitts

I am a UK-registered osteopath and performance specialist working with people whose lives demand more from them: UHNW individuals, actors, performers, executives and frequent travellers. My role is simple: help you move, recover and perform at your best, even when your schedule, workload or travel routine makes that difficult.

My background spans over 15 years across clinical practice, performance coaching and high-pressure environments. I specialise in complex or persistent musculoskeletal issues including spine and tendon pain, overload injuries, movement limitations and cases where standard rehabilitation has not created lasting change.

A Modern Approach to Osteopathy

My practice blends hands-on osteopathic treatment with modern pain science, biomechanics and performance coaching.
This means you receive:

  • precise assessment and manual therapy

  • treatment strategies that respect how you actually live and work

  • movement and strength guidance where needed

  • clear and structured plans, not guesswork

Clients come to me because they want solutions that fit real life, not protocols that assume unlimited rest, time or energy.

Creator of the Performance Priority System (PPS)

I developed the Performance Priority System (PPS) to bridge the long-standing gap between therapy and performance.
PPS provides clients, clinicians and coaches with a clear roadmap for managing pain, load and recovery when performance still matters.

It is now being taught, lectured and applied across university programmes, sport, private healthcare and film-set environments.

Trusted by High-Demand Clients

I work with individuals who operate under genuine pressure, from global travel and intense filming schedules to high-stakes business performance. They need:

  • fast, accurate decisions

  • treatment that adapts to their environment

  • support from someone who understands the demands of their world

My role is to help you stay capable, available and resilient, regardless of the demands of your calendar.

Featured in the Media

My work is regularly featured in national and international media where I speak about MSK health, performance, long-haul travel recovery and the realities of managing pain in demanding roles.
