About Me
As a Trainer for over 15 years, I have enjoyed coaching a really diverse list of clients from all walks of life. At some of the most prestigious gyms in the UK I enjoyed mentorship from industry leading coaches as well as the opportunity to help a unique demographic of clientele. I enjoyed coaching models tone up for the runway and actors bulk up for roles on the big screen but equally enjoyed coaching CEOs, stay at home parents and everyone in between. I made lifelong friends and discovered a career I never imagined I would enter.
I have since gained a master’s degree in Osteopathy and have a passion for performance and health coaching, as well as pain management through exercise and manual therapy.
During the winter, you’ll often find me on the slopes as an avid skier, and I also play basketball for a local league team in Surrey. That said, the true highlight of my year is always Glastonbury Festival.
