About Me…
I have been a trainer since I was 22—an experience that’s shaped me in more ways than I could have imagined. I was first introduced to strength training when I was 15. As a basketball player in high school and my goal was to improve my performance, stave off injuries and to enjoy playing.
During my twenties, I worked as a personal trainer at some of NYC and London's most prestigious health clubs while also working as a fashion model. Balancing a hectic schedule of travel and work taught me the importance of looking my best and staying physically at the top of my game.
Enjoying the journey.
As a Personal Trainer for over 12 years, I have enjoyed coaching a really diverse list of clients from all walks of life. I have enjoyed mentorship from industry leading coaches as well as the opportunity to help a unique demographic of clientele. I have helped FBI agents prepare for their physical fitness tests, models tone up for the runway and actors bulk up for roles on the big screen but equally, I have enjoyed coaching CEOs, stay at home parents and everyone in between. I have made lifelong friends and discovered a career I never imagined I would enter.
Following my interests.
I returned to the UK to pursue a master’s degree in Osteopathy and further my passion for performance and health coaching, as well as pain management through exercise and manual therapy.
During the winter, you’ll often find me on the slopes as an avid skier, and I also play basketball for a local league team in Surrey. That said, the true highlight of my year is always Glastonbury Festival.
